Vivian graduated from Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) with a Diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Acupuncture. Recognized for her outstanding academic achievements, she was awarded the Shen Nong Scholarship, Chan Sisters Foundation Award, and the KPU President’s Outstanding Graduate Award.

With a strong scientific background, holding both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Science, Vivian integrates evidence-based thinking with Traditional Chinese Medicine. She combines acupuncture with TCM modalities such as tuina, cupping, earseeds and guasha to provide comprehensive healing and pain management.

She specializes in facial and scalp acupuncture for neurological disorders, including Bell’s Palsy, trigeminal neuralgia, post-shingles nerve pain, insomnia, neurodegenerative conditions, loss of taste and smell, and post-stroke rehabilitation.

Applying musculoskeletal theory alongside TCM principles, Vivian utilizes acupuncture with electrostimulation, tuina, cupping, and guasha to treat various pain conditions, such as neck pain, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, knee pain, lower back pain, sciatica, and piriformis syndrome.

Her expertise also extends to internal medicine, where she addresses menstrual disorders like amenorrhea, irregular cycles, menstrual pain, and menopausal syndrome.

Additionally, she focuses on digestive health and stress management, helping patients restore balance and achieve overall well-being.

Vivian is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Natalie applies acupuncture, acupressure (tuina), guasha, and cupping techniques in her treatment for internal and external medical conditions.

She is experienced in pain management, Bell’s Palsy (facial paralysis), and stress-related issues such as insomnia, and migraine. She integrates her knowledge and experience in various sports movements, with TCM and contemporary scalp acupuncture in her treatment for sports injuries, atrophy, and post-stroke rehabilitation, aiming to restore patient’s health and help them resume their normal routine activities.
